How do I place an order or get a quote?

You can get instant pricing and reserve your equipment directly on our website at mrentnc.com. Simply select your items, enter your event dates and times, and enter your delivery address at checkout to see an instant, itemized total.

Do you require a deposit to reserve equipment?

Yes. We require a 50% deposit at checkout to reserve equipment for your event date. The remaining balance is due prior to or upon delivery.

What is your cancellation and weather policy?

Deposits are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation reason. However, if you need to cancel or reschedule due to bad weather or changing plans, your deposit will be held as a rain-check credit that you can apply toward any future rental within 12 months.

Do you have a minimum order requirement?

Yes, minimum order amounts depend on your event location:

• Local Delivery: Standard local orders have no minimum.
• Extended / Long-Distance Delivery: For locations outside our local area (e.g., Raleigh, Pinehurst, and surrounding central NC towns), we require a $100 to $300 equipment minimum depending on total distance.

How are delivery fees calculated?

Delivery fees are calculated based on mileage and driving distance from our Chapel Hill warehouse. Exact delivery costs are automatically shown at checkout once you enter your event address.

What time will my equipment be delivered and picked up?

When placing your order online, you will select your preferred drop-off window and pickup window. Our delivery team will contact you on the day of delivery to coordinate exact arrival times and placement.

Note: We do not offer after-hours or late-night setups/pickups due to safety and daylight constraints.

Do you set up tables and chairs?

Standard rental delivery includes full setup and takedown of tents. Tables and chairs are dropped off neatly stacked at your venue.

• If you would like our team to unfold, set up, and arrange your tables and chairs, we offer setup as an add-on service for $1.00 per item ($1 per chair / $1 per table).

Do tent rentals include sidewalls?

Sidewalls are not included with standard tent rentals. If you would like full or partial coverage (such as 3-side enclosure for weather protection), you can easily add Sidewalls ($50) to your order during checkout.

What surfaces can tents be set up on?

Our standard tent setup includes driving stakes directly into grass or dirt.

• Hard Surfaces (Asphalt, Concrete, Pavement): If your tent is being placed where ground stakes cannot be used, water or concrete weights are required to safely anchor the structure. Please check the "Cannot Stake / Need Weights" box during checkout so we bring the proper anchoring equipment.

What if I need coverage for a large event (100+ guests)?

While we do not carry a single mega-tent, we frequently combine our commercial tent packages (such as multiple 20x30 or 20x40 tents) to comfortably seat and shade large crowds of 100, 200, or 300+ guests.

Do you offer children's sizing?

Yes! We offer kids-sized tables and chairs specifically designed for children's birthday parties and family events. You can select kids-sized inventory directly on our website products page.
